Monday's Measurements

We've done not too badly at all this week. Had a a couple of wobbly moments, But that's normail in any diet.

Today's weigh in was:
Catherine 114.9 (-2)
Frazer 110.0 (-1.6)

Not bad for the first week. Long may the good work continue!
